Personalised documents

Training and attendance certificates or hotel booking confirmations: as well as personal admission tickets, many organisers require additional participant documents for their events, which must be personalised.

Certificates, booking confirmations or entry certificates - there are many possibilities for personalised documents

Many event organisers are aware of the fact that automatic ticket dispatch is often not enough. Booking confirmations or certificates after successful participation are just two examples of personalised documents that have to be sent regularly. These documents are often still created manually before being sent to their respective recipients. Depending on the size and frequency of the events, this can be very time consuming.

Automatic document creation saves time

The layout of individual personalised documents can be developed and stored as a template for future use. This ensures that the personalised documents look identical and correspond to your corporate design across all events. Templates can be used again and again, saving time for subsequent events.

Tailored content and shipping conditions

The content to be included in individual documents can be selected. All information collected during the booking process can be used to create a customised document. For example, in the case of certificates, apart from the recipient's name, various information such as the name or date of the event can be added. Also, hotel names and room categories can be added to booking confirmations, if necessary.

Documents can be designed not only in terms of design and content, but al
so in connection with conditions. When creating a participation certificate, the amount of time that participants spent taking part in the digital webinar can be an important factor. Event organisers can determine that participation certificates only be awarded to participants that were online for at least 70% of the time during the event.

The time when personalised documents are created can also be selected by the organiser. At the touch of a button, organisers can decide if confirmation should be sent immediately after booking or if it should only be sent after successful participation, as well as if other documents should be included.

Access to personalised documents

Organisers can download documents separately or collectively at any time. Documents can be sent to participants automatically by email or also made available for download via the booking portal. This means that the number of participant queries can be reduced and documents can be found quickly when required.
