On-site 2G testing often leads to excessively long waiting times. The additional effort, particularly in terms of personnel, also leads to further costs. At doo, we start at this point and integrate the digital COVID certificate verification directly into the ticketing process. By checking digital certificates in advance, admission control at live events takes place just as quickly as before the pandemic.
A detailed look at the digital process
By using digital COVID certificates, from apps such as CovPass, Luca or Corona Warn, the 2G test (vaccinated or recovered) is integrated into the online registration process:
- Certificate QR code (screenshot) uploads are part of the registration process. As soon as registration is completed, the uploaded certificates will be automatically validated. Activated tickets are only sent once validation has been completed.
Benefits of checking digital COVID certificates in the registration process
Protecting participants' plans: there are no waiting times for the on-site examination of the certificate. All you have to do is scan the ticket QR code at the entrance.
Protecting the organiser's plans: participants only receive a valid ticket if they have fully registered and uploaded a valid certificate in advance.
